About the event
The culturally immersive gala will take place on February 22, 2026 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm (with VIP social hour beginning at 2:00 pm) at the Urban Ecology Center.
The event is curated by Ubuntu MKE, the first Wisconsin-based cross-cultural incubator lab designed to build a more inclusive, diverse and equitable food community.
